DeeBees Hermies Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DeeBees Hermies. We are committed to providing high-quality products/services and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

The item must be in its original condition and unused to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not Refund for change of mind please choose carefully. 

2. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support at deebeeshermies@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  • Mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item to business address shown on the invoice that was mailed to you for confirmation within 10 business days of receiving the RA number.

3. Timeframe for Returns:

Please return item in original condition not used { exception of foods, custom items } within 14 days of receipts of items, Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

4. Condition of Returned Items:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these criteria.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Perishable goods.

Please check the product description for specific refund exclusions or email confirmation details if item was a custom order

 

6.  Refunds vs. Credit Notes:

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, customers can opt for a Store credit for the equivalent value, valid for future purchases.

7. Canceling a Refund:

In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a refund if new information emerges that proves the customer's claim invalid. Customers will be notified promptly, and an explanation will be provided.

8. Compliance with Laws:

Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other relevant consumer protection laws.
